Comments from the weekend…

AWESOME!!

A Great Holy Week at Greenvine !

What a Blessing to be part of worshipping at Greenvine , celebrating Holy Week and Easter Sunday!

A HUGE THANK YOU to all those folks who helped with worship preparations, meal preparations, planning of services, participation in services, purchasing treats for Easter egg hunt, stuffing Easter eggs, set up and take downs of tables and chairs in the Parish Hall (several times!), outstanding music, providing flowers for Easter Sunday worship including the flower cross - and so much more!

What a great church we have filled with the Holy Spirit!

THANK YOU to all who helped to make this past Holy Week awesome!

Check out our Facebook page for additional pictures of Holy Week and Easter services.

Blessing Box

A Blessing Box has been placed outside the White Horse Tavern in Burton. The purpose of the box is to provide anyone in need with food. The food might provide some relief so that utilities bills or rent can be paid! Summer is a particular hard time for kids since many rely on daily meals provided through the schools. Consider donating easy to open items for children, dried goods, or canned goods, or easy to prepare items that can survive the summer heat for the Blessing Box.

These items can be placed in the narthex of the church or directly in the Blessing Box.

A Different Way to Give

Greenvine is excited to announce a new giving source. Tithely! Tithely is user-friendly and used by millions of chirches including some of our local churches. You can set up how often and how much you would like to give. Your contribution will automatically be deducted from yur bank account. Even if you are not able to make it to church one Sunday, you can still give through Tithely. If you have any questions, please do hesitate to contact Alexia Antkowiak for help!
